NEW JERSEY – January 25th, 2019 – U.S. Electrical Services, Inc. (USESI) has entered into an agreement to purchase Main Electric Supply Co, Inc. in Monroe Township, New Jersey.
“I am excited to announce that U.S. Electrical Services has entered into an agreement to purchase Main Electric Supply of Monroe Township, New Jersey. Started in 1988 by Perry Sablosky, Main is the dominant electrical distributor in the Cranbury, NJ area,” says USESI President/CEO Randy Eddy. “Perry will continue his leadership of Main as it joins the Monarch Region under the direction of Charlie Colella,” he added.
Main Electric Supply Co, Inc. is scheduled to join USESI on March 17th, 2019.
Main Electric Supply Co, Inc is a single-location business that was founded by Perry Sablosky in 1988. They focus on both small and large electrical contractors.
USESI is one of the largest independent electrical supply distributors in the United States, with over 80 branches across the country. It has acquired 11 companies since 2006, which include Duplex Electrical Supply, Monarch Electric Company, Electric Wholesaler CT, and more. The company currently has over 1,500 employees who are specialists in lighting supplies, wire and wiring devices, tools, power distribution, control automation, datacom and solar power equipment.
