NEW JERSEY – September 3nd, 2019 – U.S. Electrical Services, Inc. (USESI) has once again expanded its business with the acquisition of Franklin-Griffith. The acquisition was completed on August 19th, 2019 and includes all five locations in New Jersey, Delaware and Pennsylvania. Bill Walker, current president of Franklin Electric Company, will remain on as President of this new region.
Franklin Electric Company started in 1920 and purchased Griffith Electric in 2016, supporting growth with four additional branches. The company is ranked #134 on Electrical Wholesaling’s 2019 Top 200 ranking. According to the 2018 report, Franklin-Griffith had $44.2 million of sales in 2018.
