OSHA Needs a Committee for ACCSH

The U.S. Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) is looking for committee members of Advisory Committee on Construction Safety and Health (ACCSH). There are 14 spots to be filled and nominees are required to have experience and expertise in construction-related safety and health issues. The spot is open for employees, employers, state safety and health agency, and public representatives.

How to Submit Applications?

Interested members of the ACCSH can submit their applications through:

Regulations.gov website: You can submit https://www.regulations.gov/, which is the Federal eRulemaking Portal. Include the nomination and attachment upon submission.

Facsimile (Fax): For nominations and attachments that do not exceed 10 pages, you can send a fax to OSHA Docket Office at (202) 693-1648.

Snail Mail or Express Courier: Submit materials to the OSHA Docket Office, Docket No. OSHA-2017-0007, Room N-3653, U.S. Department of Labor, 200 Constitution Avenue NW, Washington, DC 20210.

All submitted nomination documents should include the agency name and docket number for this Federal Register document (Docket No. OSHA-2018-0012)
